3) Mail a Deposit: We require a $100 deposit to secure a date. Send your deposit within one week of calling to confirm your charter. Please make your check payable to: Sunshine Charters.

Note about deposit/cancellations:
A verbal agreement for a date will secure a date for 7 days. However, if your deposit is not received within one week, that date will be open to other clients. This contract is binding upon receipt of $100 deposit for your party. Final payment is due at departure (cash or check). Deposits are not refunded but may be transferred to another date during the same season, provided it is done 2 weeks prior to departure. Full refund or re-booking if the charter is cancelled by the captain due to weather, mechanical problems, illness, etc.
